1508319 BC Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and to change the use from Restaurant Class 1 to a Child Daycare Facility for up to 50 children (30 months to 60 months), in this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:

  • A floor area of approximately 6,464.0 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
