The Director of Planning approved the application on December 20, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Formwerks Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A new 68-unit stacked townhouse development including eight(8) three-storey buildings with rooftop access and dwelling units ranging from one to three bedrooms, with:
- A proposed maximum height of 11.5 m (37.7 ft.) at the front row of buildings and 10.1 m (33.1 ft.) at the rear row
- A proposed FSR of 1.20 / 7,028 m² (75,653.5 sq. ft.)
- All located above one level of underground parking accessed from the rear lane
Under the site’s existing RM-8AN zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
