The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on August 14, 2026, and was refused.  It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.


Archivolt.ca has submitted an application to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide interior alterations and a change of use from Retail to Small Scale Pharmacy, including the following;

  • A proposed floor area of approximately 860 sq.ft.
  • Hours of operation from:
    • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Friday
    • 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday & Sunday

Under the site’s existing FC-1 zoning the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director or Planning.
