MGBA Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install an outdoor patio seating area to be used in conjunction with the existing Restaurant Class-1 use (Ciclo Espresso), in this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:

  • A floor area of approximately 292.0 sq. ft.
  • Proposed patio hours: 7 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
