1026-1108 W 41st Ave rezoning application

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 6-storey institutional building limited to the Community Care Facility — Class B use. The building is over one level of underground parking.

The proposal includes:

  • 164 licensed care units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.21;
  • A building height of 27.4 m (90 ft.); and
  • 40 vehicle parking spaces and 14 bicycle spaces.

This application is being considered under the Arbutus Ridge-Kerrisdale-Shaughnessy (ARKS) Vision.
