The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on January 30, 2025.

Expansion of the existing Cabaret located on the main floor (Celebrities)
Proposed hours of operation: 9 pm to 3 am, daily
Under the site’s existing C-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
