Marcon Developments Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey plus rooftop amenity room Community Care Facility – Class B building, consisting of:
- A total of 167 assisted living and long-term care units intended for seniors
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.21 for the site
- A proposed total floor area of approximately 142,758.9 sq. ft./ 13,262.7 m²
- A proposed height of 90.0 ft./ 27.43 m
- All over one level of underground parking, with vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
