This application was approved by Council on July 29, 2026 following the Council Meeting on July 28, 2026.
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-5A (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 32-storeyrentalresidential building with a six-storey podium and includes:
329 units with 20% of the floor area for below-market rental units;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 12.23; and
A building height of 90.2 m (296 ft.) with additional height for rooftop amenity space.
The City’s Tenant Relocation and Protection Policy applies to this site. This policy provides assistance and protections to eligible renters impacted by redevelopment activity. To learn more visit: vancouver.ca/protecting-tenants.
