The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was cancelled on June 10, 2022.

Architrix Studio has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a total of five dwelling units:

  • To perform interior and exterior alterations to the existing Multiple Conversion Dwelling having one principal dwelling, with seven sleeping units, and three housekeeping units (total of four dwelling units)
  • To demolish the existing garage, and develop a two-storey, one-family Infill Dwelling with attached garage at the rear
  • No change to the height of the existing house
  • A peak height of 24.76 ft. for the Infill
  • A total floor FSR of 0.37 (7,537.3 sq. ft.)
    • Existing house FSR of 0.27 (5,410.23 sq. ft.)
    • Infill dwelling FSR of 0.11 (2,217.2 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing FSD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
