Bosa Properties Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a 33-storey multiple dwelling building, consisting of:
- 275 secured rental units (56 below-market rental units and 219 market rental units)
- A floor space ratio of 12.50
- A floor area of 20,059.92 m² and (215,923 sq.ft.)
- A building height of 91.44 m (300 ft.)
- Five levels of underground parking with 142 vehicle parking spaces, 10 accessible spaces, 520 Class A bicycle parking spaces and 15 Class B bicycle parking spaces

Bosa Properties Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a 33-storey multiple dwelling building, consisting of:
- 274 secured rental units (56 below-market rental units and 218 market rental units)
- A floor space ratio of 12.46
- A floor area of 20,022.00 m² and (215,515 sq.ft.)
- A building height of 91.44 m (300 ft.)
- Four levels of underground parking with 134 vehicle parking spaces, 10 accessible spaces, 520 Class A bicycle parking spaces and 15 Class B bicycle parking spaces
Subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 by-law, the applications are “conditional” so they may be permitted. However, they require the decision of the Director of Planning.
