Medico Construction & Design Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change a portion of the new Health Care office to a Small-Scale Pharmacy on the ground floor of this existing mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:

  • A floor area of approximately 443.0 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
