The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-5A (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 34-storey residential building and includes:

  • 287 secured rental units and 10% residential floor area for social housing (approximately 24 units);
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 12.25;
  • A building height of 89.8 m (294.6 ft.); and
  • 125 vehicle parking spaces and 515 bicycle parking spaces.

This application is being considered under the Criteria for 100% Secured Rental and Below-Market Housing as an Alternative to Inclusionary Social Housing in the Burrard Corridor of the West End Community Plan.
