DOS Design Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and add to the existing single detached house and to develop an attached garage on this site, consisting of:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.33 (approximately 5,167 sq. ft.)
  • Two parking spaces having access from Douglas Crescent

Under the site’s existing FSD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
