110 & 112 Cordova Street Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a change of use from Office to Hotel in this existing heritage commercial building, consisting of:

  • Hotel lobby on the ground level
  • 54 hotel suites on levels 1 - 3
  • A floor area of approximately 18,262 sq. ft. (1,697 m²)
  • Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Under the site’s existing H2-A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
