The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on February 14, 2025.
Formwerks Architectural has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey Church building with a caretaker dwelling unit, all over one level of underground parking, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 28 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.6 (approximately 39, 200 sq. ft.)
- 38 underground parking spaces and 39 surface parking spaces, all having vehicular access from W 57th Ave.
Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
