Bradbury Architecture Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and a change of use from Office and School (arts or self-improvement) to Residential Use on the 2nd floor of this existing mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:

• Approximately 4,449.0 sq. ft.
• Additional seven (7) Dwelling units on the 2nd floor

Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
