Marcon Developments Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, Community Care Facility – Class B on this site, consisting of:

• 165 units
• A proposed 3.26 FSR (14,667 m² / 157,906 sq.ft.)
• A proposed height of 27.2 m / 89.2 ft.
• One level of underground parking with vehicular access from the lane

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing on June 19, 2025. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
