The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on April 7, 2022.
Peterson Group has applied to the City of Vancouver to redevelop the subject site, to include the following:
A 14-storey, mixed-use building with a six-storey podium, comprising 140 residential (20% of the residential floor area assigned to moderate income households) and retail at grade
A total FSR of 5.38
A maximum height of approximately 45.7 m (150 ft.)
Two levels of below grade parking having vehicular access from existing lane
This development application is pursuant to the CD-1 Rezoning, which was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, on July 7, 2020. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must satisfy the CD-1 Enactment Conditions and approval of the Form of Development. As a result, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
