Reliance Properties has submitted an application for interior and exterior alterations to the existing 12-storey building on this site consisting of:
- Change of use from Office to Hotel
- A Restaurant addition on the main floor
- A total proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 5.62 (122,322 sq.ft.)
Under the site’s existing DD zone, the application may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
