Raj Home Designs has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey multiple dwelling containing a total of three dwelling units, consisting of:
- Total Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 for the site (approximately 4,580 sq. ft.)
- Proposed height of approximately 34.8 ft.
- A detached garage providing three parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
