The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend CD-1 (409) (Comprehensive Development) District By-law to increase the floor space ratio (FSR) from 7.92 to 7.93 to add approximately 1,000 sq. ft. to the existing commercial space.

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
