1145 Union St (DP-2026-00502) development application

Stuart Howard Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to relocate, add, alter and convert the existing Municipally Designated Heritage Single Detached House to a Single Detached House with a Secondary Suite and to develop a detached accessory building at the rear, consisting of:

• A total Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 0.83 (approximately 2,527.58 sq. ft.)
• Site coverage of 51% (approximately 1,570 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
