An appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on October 19, 2021 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning.  A Development Permit was issued on October 29, 2021.

Brook Pooni Associates Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations and change of use, at the above-noted address, to a Small-scale Pharmacy consisting of:

  • Approximately 1,230.0 square feet
  • Proposed hours of operation:
    • Monday to Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
    • Saturday and Sunday: 9 am – 5 pm

Under the site’s existing CD-1(491) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
