1150 Barclay St (DP-2026-00475) development application

PC Urban (Barclay) Limited Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

• A 20-storey residential rental building, plus partial amenity and mechanical storey
• 151 rental units, of which 20% of the residental floor area will be secured as below-market rental, and Social Service Centre at grade
• 2.5 levels of underground parking, with vehicular access off the rear lane

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
