WA Architects Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of exterior and interior alterations, to convert the existing retail store to a grocery store in this existing commercial building, maintaining;

• Rooftop parking with access from the lane

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
