Gustavson Wylie Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install an outdoor seating area, to be used in conjunction with the existing Restaurant Class-1 use (Nook Restaurant), consisting of:

  • A floor area of approximately 660 sq.ft.
  • Hours of operation from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm, 7 days a week

Under the site’s existing CD-1(722) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
