The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 2, 2023.


Diamond Group Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform alterations to this existing three-storey heritage ‘B’ Multiple Conversion Dwelling on this site, consisting of:

  • Interior alterations to provide a total of four dwelling units
  • Validate and legalize the upper deck with stairs for access from the third floor to the upper storage attic
  • One vehicle-parking stall, having access from William Street

Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
