The Director of Planning approved the application on January 13, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Architectural Collective has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A duplex (Building 1) in the front of this site, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 35 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.5 (approx. 2,900 sq. ft.)
- A single detached house (Building 2) in the rear portion of this site, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 25 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.25 (approx. 1,450 sq. ft.)
- Provide three parking spaces having vehicular access from East 26th Avenue
Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
