We would like your feedback on a rezoning text amendment application at 118-150 Robson St.
The proposal is to amend CD-1 (776) (Comprehensive Development) District By-law to allow for the removal of one floor of strata residential space and the addition of two floors of rental residential space. This proposal includes:
- An increase from 10.07 to 10.33 FSR
- An addition of rental residential floor area by approximately 6,257 sq. ft.
- No increase to the maximum height of the building
This rezoning application is being considered under the Rezoning Policy for the Central Business District (CBD) and CBD Shoulder.
