The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on September 11, 2023.


Syncor Solutions Limited has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change the use from Office to Small Scale Pharmacy in this existing commercial building, consisting of:

  • A proposed floor area of 951 sq.ft.
  • Hours of operation:
    • Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • Saturday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
    • Sundays and Holidays: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
