Concert Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

  • A three-storey animal clinic/shelter 'BC SPCA' on the first and second floors with ancillary office use on the third floor
  • A total proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.40 for the site (approximately 77, 000 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed height of 95 65 ft.
  • Underground parkade having vehicular access from Keith Dr
