The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on May 26, 2025.


Gradual Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey, mixed-use residential building with Retail use located on the ground level and four rental dwelling units on the second to third storeys on this site, consisting of:
