1250 Granville St (DP-2019-01014) development application

The Development Permit Board approved the application on November 1, 2021, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Lang Wilson Practice Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A nine-storey rental building containing retail uses on the ground level with residential above and a rooftop amenity space
  • A height of 28.8 m (94.5 ft.)
  • A floor space ratio of 3.675 (3,796 m² / 40,857 sq. ft.).
  • Loading is located at the back above one level of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
