TAMON Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a new a five-storey mixed-use building, consisting of:

  • A Motor Vehicle Wash on Level 1
  • A Mini-Storage Warehouse on Levels 2-5
  • A proposed height of 28.35 m (93.0 ft.)
  • A floor area of approximately 182,604 sq. ft. (4.74 Floor Space Ratio)
  • Parking and loading on the main level, having vehicular access from Franklin St

Under the site’s existing M-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
