An appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on October 24, 2023 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning. A Development Permit was issued on November 7, 2023.
WA Architects Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations and change of use from Retail to a Small-Scale Pharmacy, (Pure Integrated Pharmacy), at the above-noted address, consisting of:
- Approximately 3,757.0 sq.ft.
- Proposed hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
- Saturdays & Sundays, 9 am to 4 pm
- Services to include: prescription medication, supplements, vaccination services, pet prescription and supplement services
Under the site’s existing CD-1 (588) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
