JBI Development Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to construct a two-storey plus basement/cellar duplex consisting of:
- A proposed Floor Space ratio of 0.75 for the site (approximately 3,443 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 35.10 ft.
- A new accessory building (garage) with a total of two parking spaces at the rear having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-10N zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
