Wall Financial Corporation has submitted a DP application to the City of Vancouver to develop a 34-storey building on this site.

The proposal includes the following:

  • Height of 109.28 m (358.53 ft.)
  • Total FSR of 11.99
  • 217 strata-titled residential units
  • A cultural amenity space, turnkey to the City
  • Five levels of underground parking with vehicular access form the rear lane

This proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Development Permit Board.
