The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the CD-1 (892) (Comprehensive Development) District By-law. The amendment includes:
- Removal of the Cultural Amenity Space;
- Increase in Floor Space Ratio (FSR) from 11.96 to 12.84;
- Addition of 14 strata units for a total of 225 units; and
- 258 sq. m. of new commercial space on the ground floor;

This application is being considered under the Downtown Rezoning Policy.
Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
