Nch’Kay Development Corporation has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a temporary sales centre (Sen̓áḵw Welcome Centre) on this site, consisting of:
- Prefabricated modular containers
- An approximate floor area of 960 sq.ft. (89 m²)
- Approximately 11 ft. (3.3 m) in height
Under the site’s existing RT-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
