1300 Robson St (DP-2023-00919) development application

The Development Permit Board approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on July 7, 2025.

Bosa Properties has applied for a development application to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 31-storey, mixed-use tower, consisting of:

• 174 hotel units, up to level 10
• 126 market rental units above
• Three levels of parking, accessed from the lane
• The proposal also seeks an additional 10% heritage transfer density

Under the site’s existing C-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
