The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend CD-1 (847) (Comprehensive Development) District to permit mezzanine spaces within commercial retail units. The amendment proposes to increase the permitted floor area by 334.6 sq. m (3,602 sq. ft.), which represents an increase in the floor space ratio (FSR) from 2.50 to 2.62.
No changes are proposed to the form of development and land use. The previously approved application can be found here:131-163 W 49th Ave rezoning application.
Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
