Wiedemann Architectural Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations to this existing single detached house (Building 1) and, to develop an infill single detached house (Building 2) at the rear of the site, consisting of:

  • A total height of approximately 32.5 ft. for Building 1 and 24.5 ft. for Building 2
  • A Total Floor Space ratio 0.33 (approximately 6,120 sq. ft.) for Building 1 and 0.07 (approximately 1,270 sq. ft.) for Building 2
  • Two parking spaces provided having vehicular access from the Matthews Avenue

Under the site’s existing FSD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
