Diamond Group Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install an outdoor seating area located in the Woodwards atrium, to be used in conjunction with the existing Neighbourhood Public House use on this site, consisting of:

  • Approximately 226.0 sq. ft.
  • Proposed hours of operation: 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, seven (7) days a week

Under the site’s existing CD-1(450), the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
