Peterson Cedar Cottage Limited Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use residential building with an outdoor amenity space at the roof level, consisting of:

  • Retail use at grade
  • A total of 55 secured rental units
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.79 for the site
  • A proposed floor area of approximately 45,562 sq. ft. / 4,233 m²
  • A proposed height of 76.21 ft. / 23.2 m
  • Two levels of underground parking, with vehicular access from lane

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing of January 18, 2022. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit. Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
