The Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency (VAHA) has applied to the City of Vancouver for an extension of the following on this site until November 30, 2021:
- One three-storey temporary modular housing building containing 46 social housing units
- A Floor Space Ratio of 0.97 (approximately 21,991 sq.ft.)
- A maximum building height of 38 ft.
Under the site’s existing RM-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
