The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the CD-1 (511) (Comprehensive Development) District By-law to allow for a four-storey addition to the existing two-storey building. The proposal includes:

  • Office with cultural and recreational uses;
  • Retention of the existing music school (Sarah McLachlan School of Music);
  • An increase in floor space ratio (FSR) from 3.0 to 5.05; and
  • An increase in building height from 18.3 m (60 ft.) to 30.0 m (98 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan.

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
