1394 Nanaimo St (DP-2026-00792) development application

The City of Vancouver has received an application to add a Group Childcare Facility as an afterschool care program following the end of hours of operation for the existing Preschool on site, consisting of:

• Up to 20 children, aged 5-12 years of age
• Hours of operation:
  • Monday to Sunday 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Under the site’s existing C-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
