1394 Robson St (DP-2026-00432) development application

Arcadis Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for a development application to develop a 19-storey, mixed-use building, consisting of:

• 72 residential units
• 15 social housing units
• Commercial at grade
• Three levels of underground parking with vehicular access form the lane

Under the site’s existing C-6 rezoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
