Cre8 Architecture Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations to combine units 1410 and 1408 and to change the use from Retail Store to a Child Day Care Facility on the ground floor, for up to 20 children, in this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:
A floor area of approximately 2,307.0 sq. ft.
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Under the site’s existing C-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
