Sphere Development Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a duplex with a detached accessory building on this site, consisting of:

• A proposed height of approximately 28 ft.
• A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.60 (approximately 2,415 sq. ft.)
• Two parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
